You can check the current lift and slope situation on the slope map (updates in real time during the ski lifts open hours).
The slope map is updated in the mornings before the lifts open as well as during lift operating hours whenever there are changes in the lift status.
You can also check the planned opening dates of specific slopes and lifts on the slope map's list.
We recommend checking the local weather forecast before purchasing a ticket.

Useful information for online shop’s clients - please read this first!

TICKETS:

-If you have an existing Keycard, you may recharge it in the online shop and go directly to the lift. Series 01- and 30- Keycards are rechargeable in the online shop.
Series -25 is not rechargeable in the online shop. You may check the series number from the back side of the keycard, the form is like this: 01-1614 7133 5350 2590 8622-2 (this keycard is series -01 according the first 2 numbers).

-Online shop sale closes for the current day at 5 pm.

-If you don’t have a Keycard yet, buy it online with your skipass and pick it up at the ticket machine using the QR code.

Ylläsjärvi/South: The main etrance of the Ylläs Ski Resort, Ylläsjärvi
Äkäslompolo/North: Lobbys of the Lapland Hotels Ylläskaltio and Lapland Hotels Äkäshotelli
-Pick up is also possible at the main ticket sale desks Ylläsjärvi/South and Äkäslompolo/North

-Now you can buy also skibussticket online on winterseason together with skiticket. Skibussticket with different duration must be bought from cashdesk.

-Please check carefully all the details before finishing the purchase.

-When purchasing a lift pass online there is no right to change, cancel or refund except with the doctor’s notice.

SKISCHOOL LESSON:

 -Choose either Skischool South, Ylläsjärvi or Skischool North, Äkäslompolo. The ski school lesson will be held on the side you selected.

- The minimum number of participants for group courses is 2 persons; otherwise, the course will be cancelled. If the lesson is cancelled by the ski school, the customer will be contacted one day before the course starts.

- A valid lift pass is required to participate in the course.

- Helmet use is mandatory during all lessons.

- Ski School lesson cancellation policy:

Fully refundable up to 14 days before the course starts, 50% refund if cancelled less than 14 days before the start., no refund if cancelled less than 24 hours before the start.
